We have experienced recent significant growth and the current demand is requiring further development. Our full manufacturing facility is all on the one site with over 55 staff.

About The Position

We have an exciting full time position as Administration Support to join our growing Grainline team! 

The Key Responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Correctly and efficiently perform data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up to date registers for the sales team
  • Effectively maintain clear communication between relevant department heads regarding the scheduling of customer orders.
  • Proficiently provide assistance and administration support to purchasing and accounts plus other key departments of the business, when required.
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of system processes, identifying ways to increase efficiency and streamline tasks when needed.  

About You

  • You have a minimum of three years experience in an administration support role or similar position.
  • Your proven experience in strategically planning, forecasting, and negation skills have equipped you to be a well-rounded support person to senior management.
  • You have excellent communication and customer service skills which enables you to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • You have data entry experience in a similar role with experience using CRM platforms being advantageous.
